This Privacy Policy describes how Vike Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Vike Forms, a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) application distributed through the Microsoft commercial marketplace ("the App").
Vike Forms does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, form content, or SharePoint content on behalf of its users. The App runs entirely within the context of your Microsoft 365 tenant, using the permissions and data already available to it through SharePoint.
To confirm that your organization holds an active subscription, the App makes a single outbound API call from the client to our licensing service. This call transmits only the minimum information required to validate license status (such as a tenant or subscription identifier). No form data, user content, or SharePoint list data is included in this request. We do not use this information for any purpose other than confirming license validity, and we do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose it to third parties.
Because the App does not collect personal or organizational data beyond the license check described above, we do not maintain a database of user information, form submissions, or usage content.
The App operates within Microsoft 365 and relies on Microsoft's own platform services (such as SharePoint and, where applicable, Microsoft Teams) to function. Your use of those platforms is governed by Microsoft's own privacy terms. Billing and subscription management for the App are handled through Microsoft Marketplace, and any billing information is processed directly by Microsoft, not by us.
Vike Forms is a business productivity tool intended for use by organizations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
