Vike Forms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vike Forms (the "App"), a SharePoint Framework application published by Vike Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") through the Microsoft commercial marketplace. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your organization maintaining an active subscription purchased through Microsoft Marketplace, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within your Microsoft 365 tenant for your organization's internal business purposes.
Access to the App is provided on a paid subscription basis, billed and managed through Microsoft Marketplace. All billing, invoicing, payment terms, and cancellation of your subscription are handled directly by Microsoft in accordance with Microsoft's commercial marketplace terms. We do not process or store your payment information.
The App periodically verifies your organization's subscription status via an API call to our licensing service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Continued access to the App's features is contingent on maintaining an active, valid subscription.

The App, including its underlying code, design, and branding, is and remains the property of Vike Solutions. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every configuration of your environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vike Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if your subscription lapses, if you breach these Terms, or as otherwise required to comply with Microsoft's commercial marketplace policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
